The wellness products I am loving: February 6th 2025

Because I often get asked for my verdict...

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate enough to try some of the latest and greatest products within the health, fitness, beauty and general wellness space. I do feel lucky that I get sent a lot of stuff, but I'll be honest - a lot of it is not good. I won't share the not-so-good (because I'm not going to start calling people/things out unless it really is disgraceful) but I will share the good. Here are four things I've been lovin' lately...

*Just an FYI: these may not all necessarily be brand-spanking new, hot off the press, products. They're just on my current hot list.

DRINK: IM8

I've been banging on about this so much lately...but despite it being a celeb-affiliated product (David Beckham is the co-founder), I actually really rate this. I don't know yet how I'll feel from taking it, as I've only been on the IM8 train for a week but the ingredients are pretty impressive. Unlike some other powders, IM8 contains vitamin D and k2 (you need the vit D in a UK winter. fact) and it contains electrolytes too.

APP: SafeSupp

Do you have a stash of supplements that quite frankly, you're not really clued up on? Then, you need this app. (It's free, by the way).

My best mate may be the PR for this, but she knows as well as I do, that I would be extremely honest if she sent me a release for something awful. SafeSupp however is far from awful; it's fantastic. Essentially, you scan the ingredients list of your supplements and it tells you what's good, what's bad, what could be potentially harmful, the health benefits of certain ingredients and an overall rating out of 10. It's ruthless. But I love it.

GYMWEAR: Adidas Optime shorts

Red Adidas shorts
Adidas Opitome shorts

It's hard to find a really good pair of shorts or leggings. They need to be snug, but not leave you breatheless. They need to hug in the right places, maybe have a handy pocket, sit on the waist at the right height, not fall down and ideally, they need to be squat-proof. AKA, not see-through. These shorts are great and tick pretty much every box (aside from the pocket).

ACCESSORY: Bandolier phone case with strap

Black iPhone case With strap
The ultimate case

I don't understand how people can walk for ages carrying their phone in one hand without developing a Chandler 'claw'. My boyfriend picked up on my #firstworlddillema and bought me a Bandolier crossbody phone case for Christmas. It makes walks so much more comfortable and it looks slick too.
